At La Famsey Realty, we take pride in providing high-quality architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) blueprint designs tailored for professional use in residential and commercial developments. As our products are digital and delivered electronically, we maintain a transparent and fair policy regarding returns and refunds.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Product Nature
All blueprint designs sold on our platform are digital files (PDF, DWG, PNG, and other formats). Once a file is downloaded or accessed, the product is considered delivered and non-returnable.
Due to the nature of digital goods:
- We do not offer refunds once the blueprint files have been downloaded or accessed, except in cases of proven technical issues or file defects.
- By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that all sales are final.
Refund Eligibility
We only process refunds under the following circumstances:
- Corrupted or Defective Files
If the files are corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened with standard software (e.g., AutoCAD for DWG, Adobe Reader for PDFs), please notify us within 3 business days of purchase. We will attempt to fix the issue and resend the file. If we are unable to resolve it, a full refund will be issued. - Incorrect File Delivery
If you receive the wrong plan or file that does not match your order, please contact us immediately. We will deliver the correct product. If the correct version is unavailable, a refund will be processed. - Duplicate Purchases
If the same product was purchased more than once by mistake, and the duplicate file has not been downloaded, we will refund the duplicate purchase after verification.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You misunderstood the blueprint scope, dimensions, or purpose (each product page clearly outlines specifications and intended use)
- You do not have the appropriate software or technical ability to open or use the file
- You ordered the wrong product or assumed it included customization
Customization Policy
Some of our plans offer optional customization at an additional cost. Once customization work has begun, no refund will be provided for the service. We do our best to ensure all specifications are confirmed before starting the process.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the conditions above:
- Send an email to support@lafamseyrealty.com within 3 business days of purchase
- Include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Screenshot or evidence of the defect (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–4 business days.
Changes to This Policy
La Famsey Realty reserves the right to amend this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
